Comparative Law or the comparative method feature frequently in dissertation projects. This is often the case because students do their doctorate in countries other than their own. It is a fateful choice which can be very promising but can also result in failure. In this session Professor Weiler will discuss the uses and abuses of comparative law in the context of a doctoral dissertation.
